How to get there:  

From Spokane, Take I90 East, exit Pines South. Follow WA-27 S and W Prairie View Rd to US-195 S in Whitman County

44 min (36.2 mi) Continue on US-195 S to Lewiston 1 hr 18 min (72.2 mi) Take WA-129 S and Snake River Rd to Snake River Rendezvous in  Asotin County 40 min (23.8 mi).

The Club has reserved a cabin that will sleep 6, Outing is therefore limited to 6 members. The cost is $40 per member and includes a 2 night stay at the cabin.  There is a kitchen to prepare meals as well as a private hot tub at the cabin. Temperatures will approach freezing at night, pack warm clothes and warm fishing gear.

THE SNAKE RIVER RENDEZVOUS IS AN ALCOHOL, DRUG AND SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, VAPING OR TOBACCO USE ON SITE!
***YOU WILL NEED TO BRING SLEEPING BAGS AND TOWELS FOR BATHROOM!***

Equipment and Flies:

7-9 wt single handed rods with a good reel and/or spey rods with 10+ lb tippet. Swinging flies and nymphing will likely both be excellent. For flies, bead-head wooly buggers, pats rubber legs, large bead-head prince nymph, bead-head stone fly nymphs and standard steelhead flies. If you don’t have steelhead flies North 40 or Silver Bow can set you up. Steelhead fishing usually requires a lot of casts to find a cooperative fish!!

This will strictly be a walk and wade outing and a vehicle will be needed to get to various holes on the lower section. Coordinates of known steelhead holes will be provided. Cell service is limited or non-existent. Download a section map to your phone on Google Maps prior to arriving.

Shared Meal:

The host will bring groceries to prepare breakfast, coffee, and lunch provisions. Dinners are TBD and will be coordinated closer to the event. (Possible potluck)
