Nonmember guest registration for outings

If you wish to accompany one of our members on an outing, we must know who you are and that you agree to not hold us liable for accidents and other things.

In this form, please do the following:

1. Add your name and contact information
2. Add the name of the outing and the SFF member you are coming with
3. Click on the link to open the waiver and read it
4. If you agree to the terms, click on the circle and submit your registration
