Volunteers Needed By: Rick Newman
The Spokane Fly Fishers have a long history of achieving and accomplishing many tasks and events. This has occurred because of many wonderful members and their dedication to the club. A great volunteer ethic has also allowed this club to be one of the best around.
We recently asked for help in the kitchen to serve the before meeting food. We now have Sharon Kistler leading the charge. A large thank you goes out to Mike Fortney for all his guidance and hard work with the kitchen crew. A big thanks to everyone that helped him out. We now need some additional volunteers to help Sharon out. It doesn’t need to be the same folks every meeting but we need at least two more folks for each meeting. Sharon can be contacted through firstname.lastname@example.org.
To continue forward with our fine track record and to relieve those that have been doing the same jobs we need some new help.
We assembled a fine bunch of volunteers to help with the Christmas Party. Thanks to everyone that has volunteered to help out!
Upcoming events will have some very talented fisherman / fly tiers presenting both an evening program and a premeeting fly tying event. In order to prepare for these tying events, packages of materials for each tier for each fly to be tied needs to be assembled. Help is needed to select materials and make the packages. Contact Brad Thompson to volunteer with these tasks. Phone 406-370-7773 or email Bradt@pool-world.com. Brad Thompson will keep the list of volunteers for future projects and events.
We are considering keeping this volunteer section up so that we may communicate future needs to you the club members. Call or contact Gale Allen email@example.com or 688-3313 to add your name or specific skill to the list.
